A No Winding Up Certificate can also be ordered separately at EUR 75 + VAT, including the EUR 10 Registrar disbursement.
Different charges apply to Memorandum and Articles of Association and other constitutional documents. Apostilles, expedited issue and courier delivery are optional and charged separately. VAT and any additional charges are displayed before payment.
Additional Officer-Signature Service
Where required, customers may select the optional service for certificates requiring signatures by officers of the Registrar of Companies, at EUR 20 per certificate + VAT. Not every certificate requires an officer's signature, and the service is not included in the standard package. The applicable charge is shown before the order is confirmed.
