You can order company certificates through Themis e-Services. Once an electronically issued certificate arrives, use its document number on the Cyprus Registrar’s official authenticity-validation page. The Registrar states that electronic certificates and certified copies can be validated for 90 days from issue.
How to order company certificates through Themis
Visit Themis e-Services, sign in, and choose Order Company Certificates. Search for your company and select its name and registration number. Choose Shareholders, Directors and Secretary, Registered Office, Good Standing, Capital or Certificate of Incorporation certificates.
Individual certificates are EUR 50 each + VAT, including EUR 20 in disbursements per certificate. Base bundles are three certificates for EUR 130, four for EUR 170 or five for EUR 200 + VAT. Optional extras are expedited issue at EUR 20 per certificate, signing at EUR 20 per certificate, apostille at EUR 30 per certificate and courier at EUR 50 per order, all + VAT. Review your basket before paying through Stripe.

How to validate an electronic certificate after receipt
- Open the official Cyprus Registrar certificate-validation page.
- Enter the document number printed on the certificate or certified copy. This is the document’s number, not simply the company’s registration number.
- Complete the reCAPTCHA check yourself and submit the request.
- Compare the document returned by the Registrar with the certificate you received.
As checked on 18 October 2026, the official page states that the authenticity of electronically issued certificates and certified copies may be confirmed for 90 days from their issue date. Check promptly after delivery. If a document is not found, check the number and issue date and contact our team or the Registrar; a failed lookup alone is not proof of forgery.
